Job summary

Responsibilities include prep per recipes, stock replenishment, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars per production sheets.
• Prepares items to recipe to ensure quality and consistency.
• Labels, dates, covers, and rotates items; monitors quality and freshness.
• Monitors levels and replenishes items promptly.
• Provides courteous customer service and assists with sales techniques.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation per regulations and SOPs.
• Ensures pricing signs are accurate during shifts.
• Reports safety hazards or violations as needed.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
