Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for cold case and hot bars according to recipes.
• Labels, dates, covers, and rotates items; monitors freshness.
• Replenishes stock and maintains proper levels.
• Provides courteous service and handles customer questions.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work and shopping areas.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties.
• Reports safety hazards and wears appropriate PPE.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
