The Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo is seeking seasonal Prep Cooks to join the Catering Back of House team and help create exceptional culinary experiences for events and concessions across the grounds.
Under the supervision of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, you will prepare sandwiches, fruit/vegetable cups, salads, and soups, and ensure a clean, sanitary work environment while supporting other kitchen roles as needed.
