Job summary

Whistler Blackcomb is seeking a Prep Cook for our world‑class Food & Beverage teams in Whistler, BC. You will learn the culinary side of a mountain resort operation and contribute to delivering an Experience of a Lifetime for guests and staff alike.

The role is entry level, with training provided, and requires English fluency. Expect full‑time or part‑time shifts, including weekends and holidays, with strong emphasis on teamwork and safety. Heat, lift and endurance are part of the daily routine.

Qualifications

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed
• Desire to learn and grow
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leaderships guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Prepare a range of food items in a fun teamwork oriented environment
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the work day
