Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills in a premium retail setting.
• 2-5 years of retail management experience with proven sales results.
• Strong English and French communication abilities, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Lindt Retail Boutique in the Greater Montreal area.
• Drive corporate sales and maximize store profitability while maintaining service excellence.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Retail Sales Associates; supervise staff performance.
• Train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge and loss prevention.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising standards and cash handling.
• Prepare employee performance reviews and manage payroll and store admin.
• Maintain showroom standards and ensure food/product safety compliance.
• Monitor labour costs and take corrective actions to meet targets.
