Competitive salary range is $90,000 to $120,000.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in design, cost estimating, and construction.
• Professional Engineering qualifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide preconstruction leadership for project design.
• Engage with owners and architects to optimize designs.
• Review and comment on drawings and specifications.
• Lead the development of Construction Management Plans.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare necessary documentation.
