Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in design, cost estimating, and/or construction.
• Professional Engineering and PMP qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to deliver value-based design options.
• Engage in design meetings to optimize project variables.
• Conduct site visits and assessments throughout the project.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret drawings and design details

Familiarity with building codes

Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

In-depth knowledge of trades in construction

Knowledge of project management tools

Education

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
