Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Preconstruction Manager in design and cost estimating.
• Professional Engineering qualifications preferred.
• Willingness to obtain PMP certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide preconstruction leadership to deliver design and constructability options.
• Engage in design meetings to optimize project variables.
• Prepare Construction Management Plans for permitting applications.
• Conduct site visits and prepare documentation as needed.
