Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust PRIMA sheet-metal fabrication equipment, including shearing, notching, and bending machines.
• Manufacture precision sheet-metal components for heating and cooling systems in accordance with production schedules.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerances.
• Perform inspections to verify parts meet quality and print specifications.
• Monitor machine performance, make minor adjustments, and report equipment issues or malfunctions.
• Accurately measure parts using gauges, calipers, and other inspection tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control requirements.
• Identify defects or non-conforming materials and communicate concerns to supervisors or quality personnel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and productivity.
