Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Support Technician in Bolton, ON to polish and deburr precision mold components using hand tools and CNC equipment. You will measure parts with metrology and CMMs, inspect for defects, and ensure dimensional accuracy within tolerance.

Qualifications

• High School/GED diploma or certified apprenticeship required.
• 1–2 years relevant manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read GD&T symbols, blueprints and CAD drawings is valuable.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Flexible with rotating shift schedules.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel desirable.
• Lean/Continuous Improvement experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Polish and deburr precision metal mold components to required surface finishes.
• Measure completed parts using manual metrology and/or CMMs.
• Visual inspection for defects and ensure sizes within tolerances.
• Operate/edit CNC surfacing equipment (e.g., CNC Micro-Blast, Honing, laser engravers, CNC sanding).
