Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional sewing experience in apparel or outerwear.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and finishing methods.
• Experience operating industrial sewing machines and garment equipment.
• Ability to interpret patterns and technical specs accurately.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Effective communication in a fast-paced development team.

Responsibilities

• Construct high-quality garment samples per patterns and specs.
• Sew development, fit, sales, and pre-production samples accurately.
• Collaborate with designers and pattern makers to resolve construction challenges.
• Identify sewing issues and suggest practical improvements.
• Operate industrial sewing machines and equipment safely.
• Maintain consistent stitch quality and seam finishes.
• Review patterns and reference samples before construction.
• Support fittings with timely alterations and revisions.
• Handle technical fabrics, insulation, trims and materials with precision.
