Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Quality Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in production, manufacturing, quality assurance, or operations management within apparel, textiles, soft goods, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, quality systems, inspection methods, and supplier management.
  • Experience with domestic and international contract manufacturers.
  • Experience implementing quality management systems and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning and execution of manufacturing operations to deliver on time and at scale.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, balancing quality, cost, and performance objectives.
  • Coordinate priorities across suppliers, product development, and operations teams.
  • Monitor capacity, resolve scheduling or supply chain issues, and audit suppliers.
  • Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
