Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician for our Stratford, ON facility. You will assemble and test precision electro-mechanical devices, interpret drawings, set up tooling, and verify product quality in a collaborative team environment.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will ensure documentation accuracy, maintain safety, and contribute to continuous improvements while supporting production goals and orderly work areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly and testing principles.
• Experience with tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test precision electro-mechanical devices in accordance with drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
• Interpret and apply mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate appropriate tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Translate engineering and production documentation into accurate, high-quality assembled products.
• Perform testing and verification to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
• Identify and communicate issues related to assembly, testing, or documentation.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet production and quality objectives.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
• Report directly to the Operations Supervisor.
