Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Deburring Technician to join a precision manufacturing environment in Mississauga, ON. You will deburr, grind, polish, and finish small precision components for Aerospace, Medical Device, and Defense sectors.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with deburring and finishing, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Day shift, full-time, with strong attention to detail and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in deburring, metal finishing, grinding, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with small precision components.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with deburring, polishing, grinding, sanding, filing, and/or sandblasting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Good eyesight and ability to perform precise work.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and quality-focused.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in aerospace, defense/military, medical device, nuclear, space, or other precision manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deburr, grind, polish, sand, and hand-file small precision components.
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections.
• Use hand tools and handheld power tools (die grinders, rotary tools, pneumatic tools).
• Perform finishing and surface preparation using various media.
• Perform visual and quality inspections of finished parts.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Support problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
