Job summary

RTX in Oakville, Ontario is hiring a Deburr Technician – BHT for a weekend day shift (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 am–6:00 pm). You will perform deburring, filing, polishing and cleaning of landing gear components to drawing specifications, with occasional robotic deburring support and OSV quality checks.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of deburring experience, with ability to read micrometers. Working eligibility in Canada and ITAR/CCGP compliance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–3 years deburring experience.
• Ability to read micrometers/verniers.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada and meet ITAR/CCGP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deburr, file, polish and clean landing gear components per drawings.
• Occasionally support robotic deburring processes.
• Support quality initiatives by performing operator self-verification (OSV).
• Operate overhead cranes to move large parts.
• Participate in LEAN and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Support rework & surface finishing parts as required.
