Accurate Manufacturing 4.0 Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator-Programmer to operate and program a range of CNC machines, ensuring high precision on grinding steel for custom plate orders. You will join a team-focused facility reporting to the CNC Leader and participate in setup, inspection, and on-time delivery of parts.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, quality standards, and collaboration with leaders to follow procedures while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and run programs from part file for machine.
• Setup machine with parts utilizing FCS mounting system.
• Display high quality standards on work pieces.
• Perform pre-shift inspections.
• Maintain safe, clean and well-organized work area, including cleanliness of the machine.
• Use micrometer, vernier, probe or other means to check the desired size and tolerance of the work piece.
• Work within deadlines and scheduling requirements.
