Job summary

M1 Composites Technology Inc. in Laval, QC is seeking a CNC Programmer-Operator to program, configure and operate CNC machines, producing precision parts for aeronautical components.

You will read blueprints, select tools, set machining parameters, perform setups, verify parts with precision instruments, and collaborate with engineering and production to ensure quality and traceability.

Qualifications

• DEP in machining techniques or ASP in CNC programming
• Experience in programming and operating CNC machines
• Excellent ability to read blueprints and understand dimensional tolerances
• Knowledge of CNC programming software (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, Fusion 360 or equivalent)
• Rigour, precision and attention to detail
• Team spirit and a desire to learn and continuously improve
