Job summary

The position is permanent full-time with day, evening, and overtime shifts. English fluency and a high school diploma are required; 3–5 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables.
• Fit and assemble components and machine parts to tight tolerances.
• Record deviations from specifications and tolerances.
• Keep inspection records and submit inspection reports.
• Use precise measuring instruments to verify dimensions (micrometers, calipers).
• Set up and adjust production machinery or tools.
• Compute dimensions and tolerances and lay out work pieces.
• Repair machine tools and parts.
• Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments.
• Plan the sequence of actions to complete a job.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC and conventional machine tools.
• Read drawings and select appropriate tools and setups.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulations are followed.
• Record data and report deviations accurately.
• Inspect finished parts for conformance to specs.
