Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Production Assembler to assemble fabricated parts or units at floor stations, prepare parts for testing, and calibrate components to meet specifications. You will identify units that fail tests or tolerances and repair them, while proposing measures to improve productivity and efficiency.

In this role you will perform and log preventative maintenance, read technical drawings, and handle lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Propose measures to increase productivity and efficiency
• Perform simple screening, bagging, boxing, or cutting operations
• Inspect and test work for quality
• Perform and log scheduled preventative maintenance of production equipment
• Determine sequence of operations, materials required, and procedures needed
• Stage job materials for production according to procedure
