A1 Agronomy is seeking a Sales Agronomist to expand the producer network in Melita, Manitoba, and promote precision agriculture services. This field-based role focuses on visiting producers, building trusted relationships, and aligning expectations with agronomy and operations teams.

You will connect growers with SWAT MAPS, variable-rate planning, mapping services, and seasonal agronomy offerings, delivering exceptional service and clear information throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural sales or agronomy support.
• Ability to manage an independent field-based schedule.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand producer network and promote precision agriculture services.
