Job summary

GardaWorld in Sydney, Nova Scotia, is seeking a Pre-Board Screening Officer within Aviation Services. You will screen the travelling public and belongings, ensure non-permitted items do not enter secure areas, and control access to restricted zones at the airport.

The role offers hourly pay of $24.82-$26.38 (upon certification), paid training at $21.82/hour, uniform provided, and opportunities to advance within GardaWorld. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Canadian Citizen or a permanent resident
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Have a clean criminal record & eligible to obtain a RAIC (security clearance)
• 18 years of age or older
• Must be located near Sydney or willing to relocate before starting.
