Job summary

Lakeside Dental Center in Halifax, Canada, is seeking a Dental Practice Lead/Manager to oversee daily operations, guide staff, and ensure top‑quality patient care in a warm, collaborative setting.

You will manage scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and compliance with provincial health regulations, while partnering with Dr. Drysdale and Dr. Carter to support growth and a patient‑centered culture.

Qualifications

  • University or College Diploma in business or office administration.
  • 3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager.
  • Experience in supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute plans to improve daily operations, ensuring productivity and compliance.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the team to improve patient care and retention.
  • Support recruitment efforts and manage staffing costs and payroll administration.
