Clayburn Pet Hospital in Abbotsford, BC is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a vibrant veterinary team. You will foster a collaborative culture, ensure operational excellence, and deliver outstanding client experiences while upholding our core values.

You’ll manage schedules, recruitment of Locum DVMs and RVTs, onboarding, coaching, annual reviews, inventory, budgets, and social media presence to highlight team achievements.

• Veterinary industry knowledge and/or project management experience.
• Team management/supervisory experience (2-3 years).
• HR management experience.

Responsibilities
