About the Role
Secret Media Co. is seeking a dynamic and culturally-attunedPR & Media Managerto lead and execute high-impact marketing and PR campaigns across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and technology sectors. Reporting directly to CEOLiraz Jacoby, this leadership role will elevate the visibility of both client brands and Secret Media Co. itself as a premier luxury agency.

The ideal candidate has an impressive media network, a flair for crafting compelling stories, and a deep understanding of culturally resonant marketing. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and lead bold PR strategies integrating elite media placements, digital storytelling, influencer marketing, and immersive events.
- Elite Media Placements: Secure high-value placements across top-tier digital, print, broadcast, and podcast platforms.
- Influencer & Celebrity Collaborations: Identify and manage impactful collaborations to maximize brand and agency visibility.
- Editorial Excellence: Create standout press releases, media kits, and editorial pitches that break through industry noise.
- Immersive Events: Conceptualize and execute culturally relevant, brand-aligned experiences that generate press, buzz, and qualified leads.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build alliances with media partners, creators, and brands to amplify impact.
- Agency Visibility: Position Secret Media Co. and CEO Liraz Jacoby as thought leaders through speaking opportunities, press features, and agency-led campaigns.
- Revenue-Driven Results: Align PR campaigns with tangible business goals like revenue growth, acquisition, and ROI.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and manage junior PR staff, collaborating with creative, digital, and sales teams to ensure aligned strategy execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in PR/media (agency preferred), with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to secure top-tier media coverage across all platforms
- Strong network of media, influencer, and celebrity contacts
- Expertise in event production and luxury experiential marketing
- Excellent writing, pitching, and communication skills
- Fluent in pop culture and media trends
- Proficiency in PR analytics and performance tools
- Strategic mindset with a passion for measurable impact
