Nova Scotia Power – Regional Operations Training is seeking 15 Apprentice Powerline Technicians to develop skills in line maintenance, construction and customer service across Nova Scotia. You will train toward the Red Seal PLT exam, complete up to 8,000 hours, and work in a safety-conscious environment with required medical assessments.
Positions are at Sackville, Bridgetown and Truro with potential multi-location assignments. A valid driver’s license and committment to safety are essential.

We are currently looking for15 Apprentice Powerline Techniciansto join our Regional Operation team throughout Nova Scotia. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible to develop skills in all aspects of line maintenance, construction, customer service work while ensuring compliance with safe work methods and practices. You will be required to participate in competency-based training, regulatory training and be willing to participate in on-the-job training or training programs that support the development of additional skills.
You may be temporarily assigned to multiple locations across Nova Scotia throughout your apprenticeship.
