Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Product SME for Tableau to Power BI migration to lead a strategic enterprise initiative. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise BI/Analytics platforms including Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience leading large-scale data, analytics, reporting, or BI platform migration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data visualization, reporting, dashboard development, and analytics best practices.
• Experience acting as a Product SME/Owner/BA supporting enterprise data initiatives.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and drive delivery across business and tech teams.

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Product SME - Tableau to Power BI Migration to join a leading enterprise organization on a contract basis. This individual will play a critical role in the organization's strategic initiative to migrate and commercialize reporting assets from Tableau to Power BI across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for both Tableau and Power BI, providing guidance to business stakeholders, reporting teams, and technical partners throughout the migration lifecycle. They will help evaluate existing Tableau dashboards, define migration approaches, identify feature and functionality gaps, and ensure reporting solutions are successfully transitioned to Power BI while maintaining business value and user adoption.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics platforms, including Tableau and Power BI
• Experience supporting or leading large-scale data, analytics, reporting, or BI platform migration initiatives
• Strong understanding of data visualization, reporting, dashboard development, and analytics best practices
• Experience acting as a Product SME, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise data and analytics initiatives
• Proven ability to work across business and technology teams to gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and drive delivery
• Experience working within regulated industries such as banking, insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, or similar environmentsDirect experience supporting Tableau-to-Power BI migration initiativesExperience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCPFamiliarity with Databricks or modern data engineering platformsAgile, Product, or Project Management certifications (CSPO, PMP, SAFe, etc.)Experience within financial services
