Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Power BI specialist in Canada to develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and insightful reporting for key projects.

You will build data dictionaries, KPI logs, and deliver monthly/weekly submissions while coordinating the reporting team and collaborating with stakeholders. The role emphasizes data quality, integration across SharePoint, Excel, SQL, and strong Python data skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Power BI dashboard development and data modeling.
• Strong Power BI skills including DAX and Power Query.
• Experience creating data dictionaries, KPI tracking, and data validation.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark).
• Experience integrating data from SharePoint, Excel, and SQL.
• Understanding of EVM and project controls concepts.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports; establish data dictionaries and KPI logs to improve data accuracy; deliver reliable insights for informed decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.
• Prepare monthly and weekly report submissions in accordance with project requirements.
• Lead and coordinate the reporting team to meet the requirements of project stakeholders and discipline teams.
