Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Calgary is seeking a Power BI & Power Platform Administrator to own and evolve the enterprise Power BI environment. The role emphasizes governance, user enablement, and platform adoption at scale within the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities include managing gateways, permissions, security, and ongoing migrations within Microsoft Fabric, plus administering Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Copilot. This is a 12-month contract with hybrid work in downtown Calgary.

Qualifications

Hybrid work model, $50/hour+, start ASAP!Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Power BI & Power Platform Administrator in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. Our client is seeking an experienced Power BI & Power Platform Administrator to own and evolve their enterprise Power BI environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys platform administration, governance, user enablement, and driving adoption at scale.

This is not a report development position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Power BI infrastructure, gateway connections, security and governance models, and capacity administration, including ongoing migration initiatives within Microsoft Fabric.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Power BI in a large enterprise environment with the ability to speak to user base, scale, and platform ownership.
• Experience with Power Platform administration (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, or Copilot) is considered a strong asset.
