Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer in Montreal, QC. This hybrid contract role focuses on designing, building, and integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse with Microsoft 365 services.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions, maintain security/governance, and provide production support and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies.
• 3+ years hands-on Power Platform experience.
• Strong expertise in Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and 365 integrations.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, and governance implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Build automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Develop dashboards/reports with Power BI.
• Design data models in Dataverse.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Hybrid: 3 days a week in office

Hiring Mode: Contract

Pay: CAD 60-65/Hr.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade business applications and workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Design and manage data models using Microsoft Dataverse.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, and external APIs.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Implement security, governance, and compliance standards across Power Platform solutions.
• Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, and deployment activities.
• Create technical documentation and provide production support.

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in:

• Experience implementing role-based security and governance within Power Platform.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
• Knowledge of AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly preferred.
