Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our development team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Develop, support, and document reporting and extract, transform, and data change (ETL) processes.
2. Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data profiling.
3. Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
4. Validate functional and technical specifications.
5. Identify and resolve data quality issues with dedication, and develop and apply integrated and acceptance test strategies.
6. Estimate project efforts.
7. Create and implement standard processes for the BI team.
8. Deploy and test your developments.
9. Resolve support incidents and communicate effectively with business clients to manage expectations.

Required qualifications:

• Experience designing and managing business intelligence solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft components such as SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Data Factory, Power BI.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of BI concepts like data warehousing, data marts, ETL, reports, and analytics.
• Degree, diploma, or certification in computing science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Interpersonal and soft skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud services and deployment automation.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft Infrastructure Services.
