The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) is seeking a Power BI Analyst to transform data into meaningful reports and dashboards for the Decision Support team. You will develop enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, connect data sources, and deliver visually compelling reports to support clinical and operational decisions.
Applicants should have 3+ years in BI, strong DAX/ETL/SQL skills, and experience with Azure SQL Data Warehouse.

The SickKids Enterprise Data & Analytics Office is looking for a Power BI Analyst to join the Decision Support team with the proven ability to transform data into meaningful reports and dashboards. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of report development using Microsoft Power BI, including setting up connections to data sources, integrating the sources together and producing stunningly visual reports which meet data consumers' needs by leveraging your outstanding communication skills.
A problem-solver with attention to detail and strong process improvement skills, the candidate will need to be comfortable multi-tasking as the role supports both new reporting initiatives and ongoing reporting needs crossing numerous data sources. As the face to the Decision Support team, the position requires assuming the role of a consultant with internal stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of the requirements, as well as an ability to translate the needs of the business to the technical capabilities of Power BI.
Employment Type: Temporary 2 Year Contract; 35 hours per week; Hybrid.
