Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a PowerApps Specialist to maintain, enhance, and develop content in our Power Apps catalogue. You will document processes, host knowledge transfer sessions, and mentor BI stakeholders while ensuring production stability and security.

In this 6-month contract, you will translate business needs into technical roadmaps, collaborate with the BI team, and drive improvements to ensure delivery of high‑quality Power Apps solutions across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining Power Apps solutions.
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of BI, analytics, and reporting systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and reporting deliverables.
• Experience supporting analytics initiatives in construction, engineering, telecommunications, infrastructure, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and develop business-critical Power Apps solutions.
• Troubleshoot defects, resolve production issues, and improve application performance.
• Create test plans and conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing.
• Manage application releases, changes, documentation, and lifecycle activities.
• Ensure solutions meet security, governance, access, and organizational standards.
• Create detailed documentation for reference and troubleshooting.
• Host knowledge transfer and training sessions for BI team members and business partners.
• Provide mentorship and coaching on Power Apps development best practices.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and risks with BI team members and business partners.
