Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Canada is seeking a part-time postal counter associate to assist customers, advise on Canada Post services, and handle mail and parcels at the counter.

We look for outgoing, empathetic individuals who are team players, versatile, and fluent in French. The position offers 10–30 hours per week with flexible scheduling in a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• provide exemplary customer service;
• advise customers on the various services offered by Canada Post;
• classify and prepare mail and parcels;
• perform mail and parcel returns;
• maintain postal counter neat and tidy.
