Responsibilities

• Maintain floor displays and conduct merchandising and inventory control.
• Maintain a high level of postal products, services and delivery knowledge.
• Operate mail processing equipment (clearing jams, removing mail from sorting machines).
• Transport mail between floors/sections using rolling or motorized equipment where applicable.
• Operate a computer to key in data when applicable.
• Review mail items for address accuracy and proper postage.
• Process financial transactions like cash, cheques, and debit & credit card payments.
• Receive, sort, sequence and batch mail items as applicable.
