Job summary

Canada Post is offering a temporary on-call position in Nanaimo, British Columbia. The role provides a flexible schedule with shifts that can include days, evenings, overnights and weekends. • Complete reports and documentation.
• Lift mail items up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg).

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Receive and accept mail items
• Sort, scan and sequence and batch mail items
• Transfer and load a postal truck
• Transfer and dispatch parcels and packets
• Complete reports and documentation

• Lift mail items weighing up to 22.7 kilograms (50lbs)
• Perform other postal clerk duties as required
