Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a Post Office Supervisor to organize and deliver full-service retail postal services and maximize department revenue and customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, coach staff, hire and evaluate, and ensure compliance with store standards while delivering exceptional service.

In this role you will train cashiers, manage scheduling, handle loss prevention, and maintain a professional image in line with policy.
