DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service and positively engage with all customers.
• Greet all customers with a warm demeanor.
• Maintain a neat and organized checkout area.
• Accurately scan or enter product data.
• Account for cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum.
• Ask for the customer’s PC Optimum Card at each transaction.

Merchandising

• Ensure proper documentation of receipts and returns.
• Merchandise and maintain designated areas (e.g., facing, signing, labeling).

Loss Prevention

• Follow loss prevention standards.
• Control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory.

General

• Present a proper image according to the uniform policy and dress code guidelines.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and image standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
