VPI Employment Services seeks a Career Development and Support Counsellor to provide proactive post-employment support, career coaching, and resource referrals. You will conduct regular client check-ins, assess needs, and guide clients toward sustainable employment and growth.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive post-employment support during the first year of employment.
• Conduct regular check-ins, career coaching, and re-employment assistance.
• Identify and connect clients with community resources and supports.
• Assess eligibility for Job Seeker Financial Supports and track fund use.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and portals.
• Stay informed on local labour market trends to guide clients.
• Deliver services professionally, respectfully, and confidentially.
• Work toward individual and team performance targets.
• Perform additional duties to support departmental objectives.
