Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE Canada is seeking a Portfolio Scrum Master / Agile Program Manager to support a Data & AI portfolio. The role focuses on coordinating multiple Agile teams within a larger program, delivering value across sprints and milestones.

You will partner with portfolio leaders, manage risks and dependencies, and drive governance and planning at the portfolio level in a banking-related data/AI environment. ASAP start for a 12-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Strong traditional program management background.
• Operate at portfolio/program level beyond team ceremonies.
• Experience with Data, AI, technology, or large transformation portfolios.
• Dependency and risk/issue management.

Responsibilities

• Delivery across multiple agile teams and streams.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and with stakeholders.
• Partner with Portfolio Leader to create and maintain portfolio delivery roadmaps.
• Escalate impediments; manage risks and dependencies between teams.
• Governance: lead portfolio ceremonies and reporting.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and raise them to Portfolio Leaders.

Job Description:

This role will be working within an AI portfolio within Commercial Banking. Relevant expertise in financial institutions, commercial banking and AI/Machine Learning an asset.
