Support Portfolio Management and Operations teams with daily operational initiatives.
Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Assisting with process redesigns and documenting updated procedures and workflows.
Supporting the implementation of operational improvements and system changes.
Maintaining clear documentation of processes, controls, and system changes.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver sustainable operational solutions.
