Nicola Wealth in Vancouver is seeking a Portfolio Administrator to provide accurate back-office support for end-to-end trade processing within our Portfolio Administration team. You will leverage strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure efficient trade input and settlement.

The Portfolio Administrator provides accurate and timely back‑office support for all investment products involved in end‑to‑end trade processing. As a member of the Portfolio Administration team, this role leverages strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to deliver operational excellence and support the firm’s commitment to exceptional client service.
Please note: This is a 6-month contract – therefore, it is NOT eligible for Bonus, RRSP, Profit Share or Benefits.
This position comes with a competitive base salary hiring range of $58,000-$64,000, dependent on experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity.
