Job summary

Jagger is seeking a Portfolio Accounting Manager in Toronto with a hybrid work model (3 days in office). You will own end-to-end accounting for a group of 5 to 10 operating companies, ensuring accurate close and consolidation across currencies.

You will supervise analysts and turn consolidated financials into audit-ready books, onboarding new acquisitions and maintaining IFRS standards. Public practice or audit exposure is a plus, with NetSuite experience considered a bonus.

Our client is a profitable, fast-growing software company that acquires and scales software businesses. They’re hiring a Portfolio Accounting Manager to own end-to-end accounting for a group of 5 to 10 operating companies.

What you’ll own

• Full-cycle close, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple portfolio entities
• Final sign-off on work from a supporting team of analysts, AR, and AP
• Consolidation and audit-ready books across a multi-currency group
• Onboarding newly acquired companies onto group systems and processes

What we’re looking for

• 4–6+ years of experience, with multi-entity close ownership
• Strong IFRS and consolidation knowledge
• Audit or public practice background is a big plus
• NetSuite and SaaS experience are a bonus
