Position: Porter (Full-time, temporary for the patio season)

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, tear down, and transport restaurant products before, during, and after service.
• Move and place items such as tables, chairs, and decorations as needed.
• Maintain organization and upkeep of the restaurant during business and non-business hours.
• Assist the front of house team to ensure overall venue success, including helping with server duties when required.
• Prepare and set up the venue according to plans and guest requests, ensuring all details are met.
• Lead other staff to ensure efficient setup and teardown.
• Lift and move heavy and light objects safely and promptly.
• Ensure the venue is clean and maintained after events.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Receive and sign off on materials and shipments, notifying a manager of any issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills to manage variable workloads safely and accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good listening skills and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
