Position: PO Processing Representative

Location: Concord

Start Date: April/May 2025

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure proper purchase order creation and management according to procurement/business requirements.
• Liaise with Business Partners on purchase order issues.
• Provide timely responses to business partners, focusing on customer service.
• Analyze SAP requisitions for completeness before creating Purchase Orders.
• Create purchase orders with correct types (Standard, Capex, Framework/Blanket orders, etc.).
• Manage SAP invoices workflow for correct processing.
• Ensure purchase orders have accurate delivery dates and monitor vendor acknowledgements.
• Maintain compliance with procurement strategies and procedures.
• Follow up daily with suppliers on pending orders.
• Complete daily tasks as per KPIs.
• Suggest process and system improvements.
• Assist in monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices.
• Coordinate with Shared Services and Procurement teams for compliance and seamless service.

Requirements

• Graduation degree in business or related field.
• Experience in infrastructure/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• One or more years of SAP experience preferred.
• Understanding of PO processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving within a defined framework.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize.
• Customer service skills.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
• Detail-oriented.
