Job summary

Real Food For Real Kids is seeking a PM Super Driver to join our Logistics team. You will ensure deliveries depart on time and arrive as scheduled while upholding health and safety standards, and you will serve as a brand ambassador to clients, parents, and drivers. This on-site role at Saulter Street South runs Tue-Fri from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, requires a G‑Class license, ability to lift 20–50 lb, and a friendly, reliable approach to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid G-Class Ontario driver's license with a clean record.
  • Must pass a police background check and vulnerable sector screening if required.
  • Physically able to lift 20–50 lbs and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

  • Load vans according to delivery manifests and assist other drivers as needed.
  • Follow routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Complete deliveries accurately while following service steps and special instructions.
  • Communicate issues or route changes to the Logistics Lead.
  • Uphold customer service standards in all interactions.
  • Assist with dispatch and other deliveries or pickups as assigned.
  • Sort and organize delivery equipment for the next day.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cab and cargo area daily.

Logistics Manager, Logistics Supervisor

Job Status:

Full Time, Permanent, Hourly

Work Hours:

Tuesday to Friday, 11:00am-9:00pm

On-site, Saulter Street South

The Position

As a member of the Logistics team, the Super Driver ensures that all deliveries depart on time and arrive at their destinations on schedule, while adhering to the highest possible health and safety standards. As the face of the company, you act as brand ambassadors to all clients, parents, the public and fellow drivers.

Key Responsibilities
Deliveries & Customer Service
  • Load vans according to delivery manifests, assisting fellow drivers as needed.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Complete deliveries accurately, following all service steps and special instructions.
  • Communicate any issues or route changes to the Logistics Lead.
  • Uphold RFRK’s Customer Service Standards in all interactions.
Support & Logistics
  • Assist with dispatch by resolving issues or helping other drivers complete deliveries.
  • Perform additional deliveries or pick-ups as assigned.
  • Sort and organize delivery equipment, ensuring readiness for the next day.
  • Other tasks as assigned
Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and organized cab and cargo area daily.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections, checking lights, signals, and general condition.
  • Check fluid levels weekly and report any mechanical issues immediately.
  • Clean and store delivery bags, Cambro equipment, and other tools properly.
Required Education & Experience
  • Minimum 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
  • Valid G-Class Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Completed Police Background Check (including vulnerable sector screening if required)
  • Physically capable of lifting 20-50 lbs and navigating stairs
  • Reliable cell phone with data and GPS/mapping app
  • Strong reliability, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, even when facing challenges
  • Interest in healthy eating and living

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable working and driving in all weather conditions
  • Attention to cleanliness and understanding of food safety
  • Above-average driving skills with familiarity with GTA roads
