Job summary

Sofina Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the PM shift at our Port Coquitlam, BC site. You will oversee hourly workers, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and drive continuous improvement across the shift.

The role requires 2–3 years in food processing, strong leadership and communication, and English proficiency. Expect a 4pm–12:30am schedule, with full benefits and pension support.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in food processing industry.
• Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production lines on the assigned shift to meet production plans and objectives.
• Allocate resources effectively and coordinate with other departments.
• Train production workers in duties and safety procedures.
• Assist in data reporting and monitoring of production metrics.
