Job Description Summary: Performs preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
Essential Functions
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
- Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at the facility as required.
- Lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment.
- Work independently and with team members to complete repairs timely and safely.
- Complete daily paperwork, document parts and material usage.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- May act as backup to production line worker.
- Follow plant safety rules, including safe lifting practices and machine operation; use Personal Protective Equipment as required.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in the field or similar manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of experience in the position.
- Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
- Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including HMI’s, work orders, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Tools: Personal tools required, except in California where tools are provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in the field or similar manufacturing environment.
- 4 years of experience in the position.
- 2 years of experience managing people or projects.

Education
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma.
- Preferred: Associate's Degree in Vocational Training (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics), or Technical School Certification in related fields.
