Job Description Summary: Performs preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.

Essential Functions

1. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
2. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
3. Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at the facility as required.
4. Lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment.
5. Work independently and with team members to complete repairs timely and safely.
6. Complete daily paperwork, document parts and material usage.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
8. May act as backup to production line worker.
9. Follow plant safety rules, including safe lifting practices and machine operation; use Personal Protective Equipment as required.
10. Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in the field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of experience in the position.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including HMI’s, work orders, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Tools: Personal tools required, except in California where tools are provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in the field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 years of experience in the position.
• 2 years of experience managing people or projects.

Education

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma.
