Job summary

Reliance Home Comfort is seeking a skilled plumber to deliver high-quality residential plumbing services in the Mississauga area. You will diagnose on-site issues, estimate repair costs, and perform installation and maintenance of piping systems and fixtures in homes.

Maintain professionalism and clear communication with homeowners on every call. We value growth-minded, dependable team members with a valid 306A license and 5+ years of plumbing experience, plus a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in plumbing.
• 306A Certified License - Mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
• Physically capable of performing all duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general residential plumbing services to customers.
• On-site problem diagnosis and accurately estimate repair costs.
• Install, maintain and repair piping systems, fixtures and appliances in residential buildings.
• Exhibit professional, courteous customer service on every call.
• Instruct customers on proper care and maintenance of systems.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulatory requirements.

What will you do?

• Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.

• Provide general residential plumbing services to customers.
• Represent Reliance in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner on each and every call.
• On-site problem diagnosis, accurately estimate repair costs, fixed right the first time and continual value-added communication with the homeowner
• Install, maintain and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures and other equipment used to distribute, supply or dispose of water or wastewater, including fixtures systems and appliances in residential buildings
• Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines
• Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance
• Explain the value of Reliance products, services and programs on every call
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.
