Job summary

Enercare Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice – 1st Year for the South West Regional – Niagara/Hamilton area. Earn $18.85 per hour under the collective agreement, with a 40-hour work week and rotational shifts.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, completing diagnostics and repairs to company standards, maintaining safe tools and equipment, and supporting plumbing and duct cleaning operations. Must hold a valid Ontario plumber license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving license.
• Excellent communication skills with customers (written and verbal).
• Must be able to work shifts.
• Physically able to perform heavy lifting.
• Good mechanical aptitude to operate tools and equipment.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and be results oriented.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service leading to customer delight.
• Complete diagnostics and repair work to company standards and value proposition.
• Ensure tools and equipment are safe and in good working order.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-stocked for daily plumbing calls.
• Respond to plumbing calls, including service on protection plans and chargeable jobs.
• Work safely at all times.
