Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Service Technician in Winnipeg to diagnose and resolve customer water quality issues, install water treatment systems, and educate customers on proper system use. No prior plumbing experience is required, and full onboarding is provided to launch a long-term technical career.

You will work with Sales and Customer Service to deliver exceptional service, receive comprehensive training, and have opportunities for career and earnings growth within Culligan’s trusted water

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• No degree or prior plumbing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues.
• Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment.
• Install new water treatment systems.
• Educate customers on system use and care.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service.
• Receive formal training to prepare you for a successful technical career.
• Use plumbing or mechanical experience to support daily work (optional).

Requirements
